The purpose of this corporation is to:

Build the capacity of multicultural disability organizations Ensure equitable access to information and culturally and linguistically competent services Empower communities of color to implement policies and program development decisions impacting quality of life issues; Promote increased involvement within the disability rights movement by individuals and organizations from communities of color.
